Multimes Grup OOD is equipped with three modern manufacturing premises. The first premise is for boning of pork carcass, pork shoulder with bone and skin, pork neck with bone and pork chop. The premise has a capacity of 30 t of meat for 8 hours and meets all requirements of German standards DIN9797 R DIN 9798 for food industry facilities.
The second premise is for boning of pigs' heads. The third premise is for boning of beef carcass.
The manufacturing is well-organized and planned with simultaneous work in the three premises, with a team of trained personnel, amounting to 100 persons.
To ensure better quality of our products, IFS Food V6 system is being integrated at the moment.
